Revel Miller, PhD  
Background Information

Dr. Revel Miller is the principal of Revel Miller Consulting and he has a broad professional and personal background. He received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1979 from the California School of Professional Psychology and he has been a Licensed Psychologist since 1983. In January, 2001, he completed post-graduate training in Executive and Personal Coaching with the College of Executive Coaching, the leader in coach training for professionals with graduate degrees. During his professional career, Dr. Miller has gained valuable experience and developed depth and breadth in the delivery of organizational consultation and psychological services.

In addition, Revel has an invaluable background in living and working internationally. Since 1968, he has gained significant intercultural experience by living, working and studying in France, Mexico, Thailand and Singapore. He has also traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Guatemala, Canada and numerous countries in Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Altogether, he has spent about 4 years overseas, working with and learning from people from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Revel knows what it is like to live abroad and work with others from different cultures. He understands what outsiders face when they struggle to adjust, understand and communicate across cultures.

Since the early 1980’s, he has consulted with small and medium-sized private companies and public organizations. His management consulting interventions have included:
